A frosty world
Perched high in the snow-capped mountains stands the Ice Castle, where winter once obeyed a sacred, ancient order. In days of yore, this balance was preserved by a royal family, the Guardians of Winter, protectors of the natural cycle of the seasons. Within its icy walls lay a powerful artifact: the Heart of Winter. It governed the cycle of freeze and thaw, silently determining the timing of snowfall and the return of spring. Then, without warning, the Guardians vanished, swept away by the wind. The Heart fell silent, and winter refused to release its grip. The world slowly sank into a bitter cold. You have been chosen to become the new Guardians of Winter. Set out for the Ice Castle. A sudden storm arises and scatters your group. In the swirling snow, you realize you cannot travel this path alone. Gather together. Trust one another. Journey through the icy halls and secret chambers together to awaken the Heart of Winter before the frost engulfs the world forever.
