VR-Hut SPRL is an entertainment center specializing in virtual reality (VR). Its main activity is offering immersive experiences accessible to both individuals and businesses. The company is located at 20 Avenue des Anglais, Waterloo (1410), Belgium. This right of access applies to Personal Data submitted through various forms and transmitted exclusively to the Data Controller as defined in Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") describes how we handle the personal data we collect, whether through forms, website registrations, phone calls, emails, or other communications with you. By accepting this Policy, using the services of VR-Hut SPRL, registering for an event organized by VR-Hut SPRL, or otherwise providing your personal data to VR-Hut SPRL, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Policy, as well as to the processing and transfer of personal data that will be carried out in accordance with the Policy.
The personal data we collect for the purpose of managing pre-contractual and contractual relationships. This generally includes:

- Your contact information: landline/mobile phone number, email address, home address, physical address other than your home address, IP address.
- Your banking information: account number, bank statements

- The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or for taking steps prior to entering into a contract (purpose 10);
- The legitimate interest of the data controller (purpose 7);
- A legal obligation (purposes 11 and 12).

VR-Hut SPRL's data is stored in Europe.
VR-Hut SPRL takes appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws and regulations. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you believe the security of the Personal Data you have shared with us may have been compromised), please notify us immediately.
When VR-Hut SPRL provides personal data to a service provider, that provider is carefully selected and is required to take appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the personal data.
VR-Hut SPRL takes reasonable measures to ensure that the Personal Data processed is appropriate, accurate, and complete for its intended use, in order to achieve the objectives described in this Policy.
In general, we retain your data only for as long as necessary and delete it as soon as the reason for collecting it no longer applies.
Candidate data is retained for a minimum of 9 years (until 2019) and then for 10 years (starting in 2020) after the application is submitted.
If you share Personal Data regarding other individuals with VR-Hut SPRL, you agree: (a) to inform them of the contents of this Privacy Policy, and (b) to obtain the legally required consent for the collection, use, disclosure, and transfer of Personal Data regarding those individuals, in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
You have the right to access your Personal Data, to correct it, to object to its use, and to request its erasure, restriction, or portability under certain circumstances.
