Capacity for up to 100 participants
VR-Hut can accommodate groups of 2 to 100 participants (20 players at a time). For groups of more than 20 participants, we offer staggered sessions so that everyone can get the most out of the experience.
Lounge Area & Private Room
Between sessions, make yourself comfortable on one of the sofas in our lounge area. Enjoy the bar, which offers snacks and refreshments. We also have a meeting room available upon request.
Catering service available upon request
Enjoy the meal—VR-Hut takes care of everything. We can arrange catering according to your preferences and handle the setup as well. All you have to do is relax and enjoy.

TIPS:
- Up to 20 players will be able to play at the same time
- Allow 1 hour of play time per group of 20 people. If there are 32 of you, for example, you’ll need to plan on spending at least 2 hours playing so that everyone can play for 1 hour (plan on spending 2½ to 3 hours there).
- If that's the case, don't worry. In addition to enjoying sensory experiences in the lobby with us, if there are headsets available in our game rooms, we'll run arcade games in 30-minute sessions to accommodate as many people as possible. Plus: vintage video game consoles, the bar, and peeking in on colleagues wearing headsets...
- To ensure you have a precise schedule for your day and can stay relaxed, always add 45 minutes to 1 hour to your reserved playtime: if you’ve chosen 1.5 hours of play per person, plan on spending 2.5 hours at the venue (for groups of fewer than 20 people): briefing, seating the players, break, drinks, escape room experience, etc.
