Organizational Tips
Plan to allow a little extra time.
- Up to 18 players at a time. Are there 32 of you? Allow 2 hours for the games so that everyone gets to play for 1 hour (and 2½ to 3 hours on-site).
- While they wait their turn, guests can play arcade games in 30-minute sessions, try out vintage consoles at the bar and lounge, and enjoy activities in the lobby.
- Always add 45 minutes to 1 hour to the scheduled playtime: briefing, setup, breaks, drinks, and cleanup.
